Shane Grimwood was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma Stage 4S as a 12 day old in 2000. He was hospitalized at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC for 7 weeks where he underwent chemotherapy. Shane also received two rounds of radiation at George Washington University Hospital. He was discharged home Christmas Eve 2000; a very Merry Christmas indeed! Praise God that Shane has been cancer free for 25 years!
