Everett was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on November 30, 2020. After countless spinal taps, IV and oral chemotherapy treatments, hospital stays, and more courage than most people show in a lifetime, he rang the bell and received his final chemo dose on March 29, 2023. Today, Everett is a thriving kid heading into first grade. He loves sports, is incredibly independent and determined, and approaches every challenge with the same strength that carried him through treatment. When he grows up, he hopes to become an astronaut and travel to the moon. We are eagerly looking forward to March 29, 2028, when we can celebrate the milestone of calling him cured. Until then, we continue to cheer on this brave, resilient boy as he reaches for the stars!
