At 13 months old, River was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma. An ugly cancer that she grabbed by the horns and wrestled hard. Unfortunately, this type of cancer is tricky. It convinces you that you have control of it until it comes back with a vengeance. River’s family was so strong with her and tried everything they could to save her here on earth. God had other plans but we will all rejoice with River when our time comes and we join her in Heaven.
