Colter Bailey is a 2-year-old who loves Lightning McQueen and enjoys spending his time playing outside with tractors and cars. He has pets at home that add to his world of comfort and play, and his favorite snacks are popcorn and dino nuggets. Colter especially loves the color green. He was taken to Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital on Mother’s Day in 2025 after experiencing severe belly pain for a few days. What was initially thought to be appendicitis turned out to be a tumor on his left kidney. He underwent a six-hour surgery to remove both the tumor and his kidney, and the biopsy later confirmed a diagnosis of high-risk neuroblastoma. He is currently undergoing treatment, continuing to face each day with resilience, happiness, and a bright spirit.
