Pete Licari, a Penn State University graduate in Business Administration, led a dynamic four-decade career in healthcare. As the founder of Complete Healthcare Resources, he managed over 200 long-term care facilities, culminating in its status as the nation’s ninth-largest multi-facility Long-Term Care company. His visionary ventures included establishing Health Insurance Properties and PharMaster LTC Pharmacy. Alongside him, Susan Licari, with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Reading and Linguistics, dedicated herself to nurturing young minds. Her impactful teaching spanned across Trenton NJ, Pinellas County in Florida, and St. Titus School in Norristown PA, leaving an enduring mark on the educational institutions she served.
