Curing Kids Cancer Celebrates 20th Annual Golf Classic and VIP Dinner, Raising $360,000 for Pediatric Cancer Research

Curing Kids Cancer marked a milestone this year, celebrating the 20th Annual Golf Classic and VIP Dinner. The two-day event raised $360,000 — nearly $100,000 more than last year — to support lifesaving pediatric cancer research at Children’s Health Dallas , where Curing Kids Cancer maintains a $2 million endowment .

The celebration began with an inspiring VIP Dinner the evening before the tournament, where attendees heard heartfelt stories from patient families , words of gratitude and reflection from co-founders Grainne and Clay Owen , and remarks from event sponsors .

The dinner set the tone for an incredible weekend of generosity, hope, and community spirit. The following day, golfers took to the course for a full day of friendly competition , camaraderie, and giving back. The Golf Classic — one of the very first fundraising events launched by Curing Kids Cancer — has become a beloved annual tradition, drawing loyal supporters who return year after year to make a difference.

Since its inception, the Curing Kids Cancer Golf Classic has continued to grow in impact and reach, directly funding cutting-edge research and treatments that help children not just survive, but thrive.

Curing Kids Cancer extends heartfelt gratitude to all participants, sponsors, and donors — especially Presenting Sponsor Tech Mahindra and Dinner Sponsor Amdocs — whose ongoing generosity continues to bring hope to children and families affected by cancer.
